Steve Zaleski, founder and president of Custom Resource, is a long-time resident of Colorado Springs and has over 20 years of experience in the local real estate market.

As both the Marketing Director and Director of Residential Land Sales for one of El Paso County’s largest land developers, Steve was instrumental in creating one of the most successful custom lot sales programs in Colorado Springs. He has also developed personal relationships with some of the finest custom builders in the region, builders who are constantly looking for quality custom lots in prestigous, upscale communities.

In 2003, Steve formed his own real estate brokerage, development, and consulting firm, with  particular emphasis on assisting residential developers sell their custom homesites.
